Meghan is an SCC strength and stretch instructor. Since getting her first fitness certifications in 2013, she has been hooked on the energy and inspiration that group training brings. With a background in classical ballet, Meghan’s coaching focuses on building strong form and technique while moving to the beat of music. As a health scientist by training, Meghan also educates on the %”why%” behind moves we train in class, helping you understand how every workout benefits life beyond the studio.
